• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store credit card details)
• Email Address: Collected during subscription signup for account creation, authentication (magic links), transactional emails, and optional marketing communications

2. Automatically Collected Information

• IP Address: Used for rate limiting and fraud prevention
• Browser Information: Browser type, version, and device information
• Usage Data: Features used, filters selected, AI models selected, credits consumed, and generation history
• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage statistics via Vercel Analytics

3. Stored Data

We store the following data to provide our service:

• Generated images/videos in Supabase Storage (14-day retention)
• Authentication session data in browser cookies (for login persistence)

Important: Generated media is stored in Supabase and syncs across your devices when signed in. All generated media is automatically deleted after 14 days. Filter and aspect ratio selections are temporary and reset when you refresh the page.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: Process your images and text prompts using multiple AI models to deliver generated content
• Authentication: Send magic links via email for passwordless login
• Credit Tracking: Monitor your image and video credit usage per billing cycle
• Rate Limiting: Prevent abuse and ensure fair usage across all users
• Billing: Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
• Communications: Send transactional emails (welcome, receipts) and optional marketing content via Brevo
• Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and resolve technical issues

Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure API key management (server-side only)
• IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Automatic deletion of temporary files after processing

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

• Uploaded Images & Text Prompts: Temporarily stored by our AI processing partners for 3 days, then automatically deleted
• Generated Content: Stored in Supabase Storage with 14-day retention, then automatically deleted
• Authentication Sessions: Login sessions persist until you sign out or clear your browser data
• Credit Usage Data: Tracked monthly and resets on your billing date
• Rate Limiting Data: IP addresses and request counts expire after 24 hours
• Email Addresses: Retained while your account is active and for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe
• Account Data: Retained while your subscription is active; deleted upon account closure request
• Payment Records: Retained by Stripe for legal and tax compliance (typically 7 years)

To delete your data: Email us at hi@eazyads.app to request account deletion. We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

Note: Your filter selections, AI model preferences, and aspect ratio settings are NOT saved - they reset when you refresh the page. This ensures your privacy and a fresh start each session. Only your credit usage is tracked for billing purposes.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect authentication and core functionality.

Children's Privacy

Eazyads is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hi@eazyads.app, and we will delete it promptly.

International Users

Eazyads is available globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using our service, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
